How often do I need to rotate my tires?
Regularly rotating your tires extends their life - which stretches your budget. We recommend tire rotation every 6,000 miles. If your spare is full size - we recommend including that in the rotation.

How do I take care of my wheels?
To maintain that factory appearance custom wheels need care. Typical road dirt can cause corrosion over a period of time. Even the brake dust from your car's braking system, is corrosive. That can cause pitting on your wheels. A weekly cleaning will remove these.

What do I use to clean my wheels?
A mild dishwashing soap and water to clean your wheels. Other household cleaners are too harsh for your wheels. There are a lot of commercial products on the market, but be careful. They often are lye or acid based.

Another tip: It's best to clean when the wheels have cooled. Since wheels typically heat with normal driving cold water on them can cause scarring and/or pitting.

One more tip: Don't use scouring pads, steel wool, bristle brushes or thick metal polishes. These can scratch your wheels. At the car wash ask them not to use steam cleaners or chemicals on your wheels. These can cause permanent staining or corrosion.
